First, add a user by clicking the New button.

How many users can I make for basic plan?
You can add up to 20 users and 20 items for basic plan.
What does subscription do?
Subscription allows you to manage your users rented items e.g.(rooms, condo unit, warehouse, and etc). It is where you set its start date and due date, so our system can generate the invoice for you.
Can I create an invoice manually?
Of course, you can create an invoice manually by going to the invoice page and click on the Create Manually button.
How can I notify my users about their due date?
Our system will automatically send an SMS notification to your users if you have enough credits.
How can I get more credits?
For now you can contact us to top-up your credits.
How much is the cost of the credits?
1 credit is equal to 1 SMS notification. The cost of the credits is Php1 each.
Is there a minimum number of credits to purchase?
Yes, the minimum number of credits to purchase is 20.
Why is sending SMS notification important?
Sending SMS notification is important to remind your users about their due date and to avoid any late payment. Many users prefer SMS notification than email but we also have an email notification feature as an alternative that is still in work.
Why is SMS is not free?
Right now we are using a third-party service to send SMS notification.
Do I accept donations?
Yes, because I'm a solo developer and I need to pay for the server and other services to make this web app working. Is it necessary? No. I don't want to force you to donate. But if you want to help me, but it would be greatly appreciated.
